**Our Commitment**
Every Resinora product is individually handcrafted. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, each piece carries its own unique wood grain, resin flow, and natural variations in colour and pattern. These variations are not defects — they are what make your piece one of a kind.

**Eligibility for Returns**
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received is significantly different from what was described or shown on our website
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Natural variations in wood grain, resin colour, or pattern that are inherent to handcrafted products
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Orders where the incorrect address was provided at checkout

**How to Request a Return**
1. Email us at support@resinora-uae.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
3. Attach photos of the item and, if damaged, photos of the packaging
4. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps
Do not return any item without first receiving written confirmation from our team.

**Refunds**
Once your return has been approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason and return the item to you.

**Exchanges**
We offer exchanges on damaged or defective items only, subject to stock availability. If the same item is not available, a full refund will be issued.

**Cancellations**
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled. Please email support@resinora-uae.com immediately if you wish to cancel.
