At Resinora, every piece is handcrafted in small batches in Yiwu, China, and shipped directly to your door across the UAE. Because our products are made with care and not mass-produced, please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We do still offer an express delivery within 1-2 days maximum, at the rate of AED 25.
During peak seasons such as Ramadan, Eid, and National Day, processing times may extend to 5 to 7 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any delay.

**Delivery Within the UAE**
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

**Order Tracking**
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier's website.

**Delivery Address**
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Resinora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@resinora-uae.com. We can only amend addresses before the order has been dispatched.

**Failed Delivery Attempts**
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, the courier will typically attempt re-delivery or leave a notification for collection. Resinora is not liable for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts. Re-delivery fees may apply.

**Damaged in Transit**
Our pieces are carefully packaged to protect them during shipping. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage immediately upon opening and contact us within 48 hours at support@resinora-uae.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
